With over 30 years of boots on the ground experience in underground construction, I bring a legacy of expertise, precision, and innovation to every project. My journey began as a certified pipeline welder and superintendent, working hands on in some of the most environmentally sensitive and technically demanding areas of the Northeast United States.

A defining moment early in my career came when I led the drilling of what was then the shallowest horizontal oil well ever completed, an engineering feat that not only pushed boundaries but catapulted my reputation across the industry. In 1997, I became General Manager of distribution construction, a role that sharpened my leadership edge and set the stage for even bigger opportunities.

I went on to launch Pipeline Directional Services, where I spearheaded the development of some of the largest underground networks in the U.S. for clients such as Level 3 Communications, MCI, Sprint, and Quest. My team and I built systems that helped shape the backbone of America’s telecom infrastructure.

Further expanding my portfolio, I led the construction of over $100 million worth of underground pipelines for water, sewer, and power throughout Florida, including major utility work for Florida Power & Light (FPL).

Today, I lead with the same grit, vision, and commitment that launched my career earning the trust of municipalities, developers, and utility companies alike. When it comes to underground work, I don’t just know the terrain, I’ve built it.
